Steph’s Starter Kit

An antidote to Confusion & Stuckness

Notes–

  • Slow Startup is when you’re embarking on something new and you need to build a new foundation for that growth / that project / that new thing

  • Creative Shift is when you’re ready to shift into bigger action and you want to keep up momentum

The Slow Startup Method

Think of this as phase one, first gear, the building of a new and strong foundation.

Slowly, intentionally, beautifully lighting a match to the thought frameworks that are holding you down and holding you back from the next version of you. Slowly, intentionally, beautifully crafting new thought foundations that align with the life you want to live and the human you want to be. These audio lessons and exercises will encourage you to stay the course, even when you have moments of doubt, fear or overwhelm.

I am with you on this journey.

*Just a warning, I do reference the news of Ralph Yarl beginning around 3:30 in the audio so please proceed with caution.

The Creative Shift Method

Think of this as second gear, speeding up, getting out of a rut and blowing your own mind to what is possible.

Get back to action. See your circumstances in a different light that helps you keep moving forward. This method works best when you’ve already learned The Slow Startup, or you have a good base foundation of self-awareness, self-compassion, and a realistic view of the world.
