Most websites are built backwards.
Design gets rushed, sites launch in a panic, and copywriting — the part that actually connects you to your patients or clients — gets saved for last, when everyone has the least capacity. The result is a site built for the timeline, not the person.
I do this differently. Every project I take on centers the client, the patient, the relationship first — and the design follows from that.
The Simple Build is designed for businesses with a clear, defined product and relationship. A doctor. A surgeon. A specialist. People know what you do — our job is to make sure the right person lands on your page and feels found, not processed.
This is a fast-paced, four-week project.
It requires real capacity from you — showing up to conversations, turning around approvals, staying engaged week to week. When a client is ready for that, it's one of the most energizing processes there is.
It works at this pace because the heart of the site is already clear: the relationship between you and the people you serve. Our sole job is to make sure that relationship has somewhere to live online — in direct opposition to what it feels like to be a customer of a medical institution. One of many. Just another procedure to meet the quota.
The Simple Build exists to make the right person feel the opposite of that.
The Process
Week 1 — The Relationship + The Blueprint We start with conversation. A series of interviews designed to pull out your voice, your differentiators, and the phrases that will anchor your copy. All notes are delivered to you — the copywriting decisions are ultimately yours, and this process gives you the raw material to work from.
Simultaneously, we map the full site architecture and patient journey, and lock in the scope of the photoshoot.
Week 2 — Creating the Vision Vision boarding and brand direction. Colors, typography, visual tone — all established. You review your conversation notes, make your copy decisions, and submit final copy via a template I provide. I’m there to assist, edit, refine and support you in the process of Client Conversation (aka copywriting).
Week 3 — The Photoshoot + Brand Build A 2-hour photoshoot, scope defined in Week 1. While photos are being edited, I build out the full brand direction — design assets, visual system, everything needed to go into the build.
Week 4 — The Build Everything comes together. Copy, photos, and brand direction loaded into the site. 1–3 pages built and delivered.

Timing
As soon as payment is made, I’ll fast track this onto my calendar within 2 days. So, if you want to start this week (which is totally fine) just make the payment by Tuesday.
My estimation is:
Kickoff: April 15-17
Photoshoot / Office Visit: April 27/28
Launch: May 13th
