2nd Quarter Support

A LOOK AT THE SHAPES THIS WORK COULD TAKE

Here’s what you said–

I've definitely been enjoying what we've created together. And, if you have the availability, would like to add on to our body of work

I know I've missed out on the flow of posting everything we've created, so that's one thing I'd like to review with you.

Here are my other thoughts on what I'd like to work on with you and/or hire you to work on:

  • -2 More At Home Features

  • Working with me to define my "ideal" client and my content pillars so I have some but not aggressive structure

  • More story & post slides using the photos/content we already have -- maybe 5-8?

  • A better "review" post slide - slides or stories with photos seem to work best. Nothing that I've used is getting consistent traction; it's the one format I don't care for

  • And just getting organized with what I have to work with.

ON PIVOTING / EVOLVING:

If I don’t pivot, I’m in for a negative job experience.  I already don’t love this job, and I love the job of mentoring and teaching.

I feel handcuffed in these ways–

  • How can I evolve this to not just be in CLE?

  • A lot of the things that are important are unnatural in my personality

  • Introverted

  • Exhausting to show up, get ready, and be on

  • I have become someone who does NOTHING in my personal time

  • Even though I’m good at them they exhaust me

  • I’ve go to be available when the house is listed

  • I’m unable to schedule anything on the weekends

  • In essence, my life is very very very narrow right now.

  • I bet that after this meeting, we’ll have direction, clarity and next steps…….

NOTES FROM CANDACE / MAY 4TH:

For Instagram, can we either: do posts in Instagram Portrait; OR in both Stories & Portrait? Let's start a new strand on Canva for the new ones just so I can differentiate. Also, I did upgrade my Canva account so now you should be able to kick me out - lol- from yours (I probably need a little time just to make sure everything I need is transferred over but that's it)

  • Steph: Sure! Do you want me to take care of that (the move and setup of your upgraded Canva?)

Feel free to share any ideas for new review format but I liked your idea of a close up of a curated photo

Can I pay your a bit extra to set up a newsletter format (2nd draft option) for newsletters where I write more body and only a link or two to the blog? I'm getting confused trying to do a newsletter like that, where I want to share IN the body of the newsletter. I know we're trying to drive them over but I also want the option of sharing fewer blogs and then trying to get them over there to read more. I took a generic stab at it and just didn't feel it was laying out correctly. I just got Shira Gill's first newsletter, something similar to that but in general - just something with more text IN the newsletter instead of all links but still in an easy to read format

  • I’m happy to include this in your retainer- I’ve got you down for 8 hours

WHAT RISES TO THE TOP

What’s it like to work with Candace?

  7. Dedicated: Above all, your commitment to your clients' happiness and success shines through. They see it in your dedication to making the process enjoyable and ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.

ALIGNMENT– a shift that will make you magnetic

The challenge for any client who is in growth mode is to bring that same set of qualities into every part of their life more honestly and holistically. The best question to ask is how can I make my client’s and the general public’s (aka, my potential client base) experience of me match what it’s like to work with me 1-1?

When you don’t learn how to embody these characteristics, you’re just performing. Performing is exhausting, frustrating and draining.

Dedication is about committing wholeheartedly to your goals and consistently putting in the effort to achieve them.
