There is no such thing as a creative or non-creative person.
I have the most amazing news for you. You are creative. Every human is. Let me tell you why.
I am a Creative Coach, which means I study Creativity and help others get more of their own creative work out there in the world, or wherever. Maybe it’s how they manage relationships, how they curate their own personal style or even how they strategize for big life or business changes.
The thing I know about creativity is that it’s inherent to all of us. We’re all born with the mechanism to create. What we often think about as creativity is the final result of the Creative Process, and that’s only part of the story. The Creative Process is always going on in our brains. It’s how we’ve solved so much of what we’ve needed in our lives since we were born.
The Creative Process is the HOW. It’s the unseen thinking and emotional process that helps us direct our outward actions, and then often times that work that everyone sees.
But creativity is not just art or design or painting or sculptures. It’s how we THINK and everyone of us has used this innate power in our lives. We probably just didn’t realize it was creativity.
To take it further, the creativity I’m interested mostly in is that which is connected to our own hearts. The creativity that helps us better our world and the world. This is why I work mainly with Women Founders, and especially Coaches and Thought Leaders. These humans have aims that I want to help them take as far as they can, to reach as many people as possible, to add to our world in the most positive of ways.
Those of us who see the world differently are needed for us all to evolve. Those of us who think differently make the world a more vibrant and exciting and diverse place. These women are more often than not just like you and me– people who have a passion for something and who want to live that work out in the world. We want to study what we’re passionate about. We want to support our friends and family as much as we can. We also want to have our own exciting experiences.
And I believe Creativity is a crucial part in all of this.
