Hi there, I’m Steph.

I have an outstanding belief that helping others express their hidden creativity is what I was called to do.

I have spent the last 11 years as an entrepreneur helping make the dreams of others a possibility. I am trained in architecture, have been a founder and CEO of a wildly-impactful creative business incubator, and have transitioned into a co-creator role for coaches and women founders.

I am located in Cleveland, Ohio but I work all over the world. In fact, I love traveling with my clients. It’s a magical experience to watch them unfold in some of their most inspiring places in the world.

I am equally passionate about business as I am about creativity– and I’ve dedicated my life to the overlap of both.

At the core of my work, you will find a desire to look inward. It’s why I also love to work with coaches and women founders. They often have to dig deep within to find the next best idea, or move, or spark of intuition. And it’s precisely there that magic can really, truly happen.

My inspiration stems from genuine connection, many times between my clients and their clients. Or my clients and themselves– the many versions that have been born over the years of their life experience.

I believe that creativity is divine and sacred work. It requires a client knowing themselves, maybe even finding themselves through my processes and work. No work will be the same because no human is the same.

Traveling is my greatest form of inspiration, always. It leaves me feeling refreshed, recharged, and with stories to tell.
