SEASON ONE MARKETING

A season of stories

Seasonal Photo + Video Library along with a year plan for marketing

  • 1 Year Marketing Plan

  • Video / Shoot Production

My suggestion is to produce a series of stories to tell for our season — a mix of informational, documentary, and capturing the essence of what it’s like to collaborate with your brand or shop as customers. What we want is for people to recognize you in the way you want to be seen.

Imagine some stuff like this:

  • A tasting session and conversation between Jason and my friend Gina that’s about their shared love for soccer, wines from a specific region in Croatia (or Italy, or France, etc) and supporting local. Vibrant, fun, warm, lots of laughing and clinking glasses. Part podcast, part marketing, part storytelling. Something that people really want to watch, share, support.

  • A video + shoot showcasing what it’s like to partner with SOS as a space to host supper clubs. Guests laughing, glasses clinking, food and community are the center attraction. Ending with an invitation to reach out and book the space for their next event.

  • A video following a customer picking up wine and snacks, for a lakeside picnic in the park. Blankets unfolded into the air, a picnic basket opened to reveal local produce mingling with european snacks and a bottle of something light and refreshing to wash it all down. With an invitation to spend a Saturday the SOS way.

  • A series that airs monthly with Jason and Alison on how to pick the right wine to bring to that month’s gathering. We’d shoot all of this in one day so even though we’d come out with 12 videos, we’d only have to do one shoot day. It’s something people can look forward to watching each month to solve their ‘what to bring to this kind of party’ dilemma.

All of these stories are fun, human, creative, and invite the right people to come spend time with you– those who love adventure, a refined palette, and who don’t take themselves too seriously but love a really good bottle of wine.

INVESTMENT / MARKETING PLAN

Step One: Build Your Marketing Plan

$2,500

We begin with a 3-hour planning session to map out an entire year of marketing that's specific to your business.

Together, we'll define:

  • The conversations you want to own

  • The stories you'll tell throughout the year

  • Your promotions and special events

  • The products and services you want to feature

  • The photos and videos you'll need to support each conversation

You'll leave with:

  • A 12-month marketing calendar beginning on September 1st

  • A library of content ideas that become newsletters, captions, emails, and campaigns—in your own voice.
